To achieve anything one has to devote him/her self completely to that work. Without devotion nothing can be achieved. In case of spirituality, to experience the Lord, one has to continuously think of Him, to experience bliss; one has to be continuously happy. To experience nothingness, one has to be thoughtless continuously. To experience peace, one has to be calm always.
