Meditation, A to Z Again

Out of numerous spiritual practices namely celibacy, renunciation etc., meditation due to its simplicity and health related benefits, has always been a topic of discussion even among non-spiritualists. Let’s dive into the depths of it with a rational approach for its significance and its benefits. Meditation as generally explained in dictionaries means brooding and deep thinking. But meditation is completely different from it. Instead of continuous thinking of a certain subject, meditation comprises of observing the subject only.
